1.  On the occasion of the 9th International Day of Yoga (IDY 2023), the Yoga survey is being undertaken by the Ministry of Ayush (MoA) to enhance the understanding about how people perceive Yoga, how they engage with the activity, and whether they are aware of IDY.

It is also hoped that the survey will encourage increased participation in IDY from the people across the globe, generate awareness about the rewards of Yoga among all the sections of the society, and increase the acceptance and adoption of Yoga as a regular practice in daily life.



2. Discussion :- 
MyGov, in collaboration with the Ministry of AYUSH, is organizing Y-Break Discussion. Y-Break App is a digital platform to promote Yoga practice in the working population to de-stress, refresh and re-focus at their workplace to increase their productivity, and consists of Asanas, Pranayama and DhyanaMDNIY, MoA & MyGov is pleased to host a discussion to pick the minds of all Indians on the “Role of Y-Break in Working professional to scale up Yoga practice for a larger impact in lifestyle & Physical Activity”.

This quiz is being organized to generate awareness and sensitise the public about Y Break App.Y break App is a digital platform developed by Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga, Ministry of Ayush, Government of India to promote Yoga practice in Working population to de-stress, refresh and re-focus at their workplace to increase their productivity, and consists of Asanas, Pranayama and Dhyana. 

Furthermore, it aims to inform people about the various benefits they will derive from using this App. On successful completion, each participant will be awarded an e-certificate marking their participation and completion.
